Simply under-fused : Glue did not get into fabric yet. Simply fused it again.
Over-fused : Glue is all gone, can not save the garment, unless rip -off interlining and fuse another one.
Glue does not hold to the fabric : Interlining is not suitable.
Too much heat shringkage: Can be avoided by pre-production testing
Partial delimitation : Someone touched fused area while it's warm
Bubbling found after wash : because bond strength is not enough, Differential shrinkage between fabric and interlining is excessive. Could be avoided by pre-production wash test.
Bond strength : a guide line for minimum requirement
Application Min. Bond strength

Using interlining in garment to ensure stable appearance of finished products, to meet wash-wear standard, give more comfortable and softer collars, cuffs, button holes etc...
No deformation after pressure and washing controlled proportion of Shrinkage after many times of washing.
No deformation after iron controlled proportion of shrinkage at high temperature.
